The importance of tax

    Every country's government collects different percentage of tax and use it in different areas. Like the education area, architecture area, community facilities, and the medical treatment  cause. I am going to talk about the tax in this blog.

How to collect tax??

   Government decides the tax by people's income. By this way, it can reduce the gap between rich and poor. The collect the tax by the percentage of income, and here is a table of the tax in Canada.

    

   We can see from the table that the highest combined rate is Quebec, and the lowest combined rate is Alberta, Northwest Territories, and Yukon. As the Ontario, which is the province where I lived. It does not have PST, but the HST is 13%.

   Besides, when we purchase goods from manufactory. We should pay the tax to the government, but government should return it to me when customers pay me, which is called HST refundable. How should government use the tax?

How to use it?

   It is important for government to use the tax properly, as it can develop the economy of the whole country. As a result, we did really need a responsible government officers. In some country, the government officers are not responsible for the tax and they did  not collect it strictly. By this way, some poor people do not have enough money to pay for their foods and water. Besides, government use the tax to pay for the public facilities, like public washroom and afforest. For instance, India dose not have enough public washroom for their citizens. We did really need a responsible government. Even in 21 century, there are still a lot of people starve while there are a lot of people have million dollars.

   As a result, we should pay attention to the use and collection of tax. The fundamental condition is that we did really need a responsible government. Besides, everybody should make effort to it, like giving the tax to government on time and do not do tax evasion. Tax is really important for the stability of the society.
